Shipping and Returns
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Most orders are shipped the day after they are placed.
We use UPS, USPS Media Mail or FedEx Express Saver for shipping. All shipments include your Order Confirmation, which gives you all the information about your order the products ordered including pricing. Any backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible (usually with in a week).
Overnight shipping is available for a nominal extra cost.
Previews and rentals should be returned via a traceable shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express or Registered Mail at your expense. You are responsible for potential loss or damage on return shipments. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for full value. Failure to return previews and rentals via a traceable means could result in you being billed for the full purchase price plus shipping.
